In this manner, side-by-side, you’ll learn exactly what that flavor is – the flavor that carries an entire culture in it, and is for that reason protected by UNESCO international law.

Join us for this hugely popular event, where resident explorer and artist Miłosz Pierwoła, Esq. “Adventure Milo“ will present the process of making Oscypek. This process is documented in Milosz’s photos and reports, collected from the pastures of the noble Pieniny Mountains, where Baca shepherds hosted him for many days of this hot summer. Learn how the Baca shepherds live, how they work and why this cheese is so special.
